Rapper-turned-actor Mark Wahlberg told New York magazine that he and teen sensation Justin Bieber are planning to do a movie together and that he's in talks with Paramount on the project. Oh snap!
"He loves the idea," Wahlberg said about The Bieb. "He's been sending me video, he sent me a video of himself, and I think he's really talented." Wahlberg described the movie as a drama in which he would play a "reluctant mentor in an inner-city environment," but added that neither he nor Bieber will sing or dance in the film.
Deadline Hollywood also reported that the film will be an exploration of street basketball.

Adele, Train and John Mayer are each up for CMT Performance of the Year for their collabs with Darius Rucker, Martina McBride and Keith Urban, respectively. They're up against Zac Brown Band and Jimmy Buffett and Reba.

The film tells the story of a 17-year-old boy (That’s The Biebs…) trying to get through high school with the help of a 30-year-old version of himself, played by Ashton.
Sounds promising, no?Kutcher’s Katalyst Entertainment along with Will Smith’s Overbrook Entertainment have apparently hopped on board to produce the project. Nothing’s written in stone just yet, but head honchos spearheading the project are so interested in signing Justin up for the role that filming could be pushed back to 2012 to allow the singer time to complete his current world tour.

Justin Bieber arrived in the Middle East on Monday ahead of two planned concerts in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem later this week. Everyone seemed to be a little confused on why the two were hanging out and how their friendship actually started. Well it turns out that Shaq approached Justin Bieber to be on his show "Shaq vs". On Shaq's show he tries to prove to everyone that he is not only a great basketball player, but a great all around person. So he approached Justin Bieber with a challenge.
